Whether you’re a listing agent, broker, or listing as a for sale by owner, create an account and start listing your Airbnb-friendly properties for sale. Once registered, you’ll get access to your own account page, which allows you to add new listings, manage existing listings, and edit your contact info. 

Once your account is created, click “List a Property” on your dashboard screen and start entering your property’s details. When entering “Features and Amenities,” remember to hit ‘Enter’ or ‘Return’ after typing in each individual feature to submit it to your listing. 

Finally, once all your listing information is submitted, upload all your listing photos. Remember to click the “Upload” button once you’ve added all your photos to ensure they’ve been properly uploaded to our website. 

Once your listing is submitted, we’ll be notified immediately. After a quick review to ensure it satisfies Rentlodex guidelines, we’ll publish your listing and it will be live on our website.
